The Impact Fund was formed in 2000 as a dynamic group of young leaders working on some of the most exciting and challenging issues in the Portsmouth area. Under the auspices of Portsmouth Community Foundation, The Impact Fund brings together the creativity and enthusiasm of the city's brightest young people working with established leaders to address our community's needs. The Impact Fund makes grant awards annually to organizations with charitable purpose activities.
