If you have made a gift to United Way of South Hampton Roads and have placed The Portsmouth Community Foundation as a write-in, please use this form to tell us to which fund you would like your gift credited.

Charities (IRS designated 501( c)(3)) serving Portsmouth people are eligible to apply for a grant. Be sure you visit the GRANTS page for more information on qualifying.

The Grant Suggestion Form is for use by the adviser of a component fund at The Portsmouth Community Foundation. Remember, your suggestion is just that - a suggestion. Also, grants from donor advised or designated funds may not be used to fulfill a pledge made by a donor. Pledges may only be made by The Portsmouth Community Foundation.

The attached form is the combined scholarship application. Should the scholarship of your interest not be included on the combined application form, please visit the scholarship page and select the appropriate application.
